Empowering women through yoga and mindfulness
Traditional hatha yoga with elements of flow to rejuvenate the body and focus the mind. FeetUp Trainers are included if you would like to use them but it is optional. As you work through the classes you will learn the fundamental principles of correct body alignment and as you progress you will be able to modify postures to safely practice yoga at home. Each class includes traditional yoga sequencing, pranayama (yogic breathing), and relaxation. Essential oils are used to infuse the studio with gentle scents to promote deep relaxation.
